Our merchants are an integral part of our Faire. Our merchants are the fairest of Faire!
Products sold, displayed, or distributed should be appropriate for the Medieval to Renaissance eras (~600 AD-1600 AD) and for a family event.
Modern items and fixtures are to be removed or disguised during public hours of the Faire. We suggest covering or replacing modern items with cloth, garland, burlap, wood, or other natural materials.
No plastic coverings, overt modern displays, or fluorescent colors are to be visible to patrons.
Merchants and their helpers, dressed in appropriate garb, must be ready for business by 9:30 am and the booth continuously staffed until 6:00 pm on both days.
Set-up occurs on Friday before the event.
Take-down may not begin before 6:00 pm on Sunday and must be completed by noon on Monday after Faire.
Merchants are responsible for keeping track and paying their sales tax.
